Refund and Returns Policy

At Dermadeli, we are committed to providing high quality skin care products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy.

Returns

  • Due to the nature of skin care products, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
    • The cost to return products is the responsibility of the purchaser.
      • We would rather you discard product than take on the cost of returning it.
    • Once the product has left our facility, we do not accept returns to restock.

Refunds/Replacements

  • Please contact support@dermadeli.com within 20 days of purchase date to request a refund or a replacement.
    • Refunds and replacements are given based on individual circumstances.
    • Our support team will work with you once we have received an email with details of refund or replacement request.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to follow through on your end.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Gifts

If an item was shipped directly to you as a gift, the item is non-refundable.

Shipping returns

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the incorrect shipping option is selected (i.e. shipment to Canada, but purchaser selects other than the Cananda shipping fee), Dermadeli will not be responsible for any lost shipment and the order will automatically be non-refundable for any reason.
  • The correct shipping fee must be selected for any refund and replacement policy to take effect.
